NICARB®
Presentation
Free flowing brown solid granule containing 250
mg/g nicarbazin, and inert carriers.
Indication for use
In chickens for fattening for the prevention of
coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella,
E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. necatrix and E.
brunetti.
Dosage and administration
Add Nicarb in form of a premixture to complete feed
to provide nicarbazin 125 mg per kg.
Nicarbazin shall not be mixed with other coccidiostats
except with narasin.
Warnings
Chickens must not be slaughtered for human
consumption during treatment or for one day
thereafter.
Withdrawal period
A4-day withdrawal period is required in broilers.
